CROA&DR 3503 Dispute between CNR and UTU concerning claim on behalf of Conductor D.I. Werboweski that the Company improperly held him off duty because of his medical condition, failing in both its duty of accommodation and its duty to expedite his return to full duty.

CROA&DR 3505 Dispute between CPR and TCRC/MWED concerning a claim on behalf of D. Baker that the Company has failed in its duty of accommodation and to expedite his return to work.
